Joint Report Mobile App No Longer Available

Groupement des assureurs automobiles (GAA) announces the removal of the mobile version of the Joint Report from the App Store and Google Play platforms because it no longer meets the needs of consumers.
The development of the application aimed to facilitate the stages of settling a claim by offering a tool adapted to the mobile. Seven years later, GAA notes that few claims are reported via the application and that policyholders use the tools and means of communication offered by their insurer. Many still use the phone to report their accident and open their claim file.
A simplified solution
As a replacement, GAA will soon offer a web-based, simple and easy-to-use tool. As for the printed version of the Joint Report, it is still available free of charge to consumers. It can be ordered on the infoinsurance.ca website.
