Modernization of the Fichier central des sinistres automobiles (FCSA) Distribution System
The GAA would like to inform you that a project is underway to modernize the FCSA’s consumer Claims History Statement distribution system.
Managed by the GAA on behalf of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), the FCSA will undergo a major technological transformation, transitioning from hosting on physical and virtual servers to a native cloud-based solution. This project aims to ensure the modernization, security and sustainability of the system and its operations.
Work will begin in 2026 and is expected to continue through 2027.
The GAA is taking the necessary steps to ensure a smooth transition and minimize the impact on insurers who use the FCSA system.
Over the coming months, targeted communications will be sent to the relevant teams to keep them informed and outline any required adjustments, as needed.
