  • Regardless of their age, men pay more for collision insurance than women. However, the gap narrows with age.
  • The average premium decreases for both genders until age 74 and then increases for those aged 75 and over.
  • Regardless of the gender of the driver, the frequency of claims decreases continuously until the age of 64 and then increases.
  • From the age of 45 to 64, the frequency of claims for women exceeds that for men.
  • The loss frequency of those aged 75 and over is close to 4%, a percentage similar to the 25-29 age group.
  • The number of insured vehicles increases with age up to age 64 and then decreases.
  • The number of insured vehicles for the 45 to 64 age group stands out with a significantly higher volume than the other groups.
  • The number of insured vehicles is more or less the same for men and women up to the age of 44. After that, men have more insured vehicles for collision than women.
