Insurance rate criteria

According to claims experience

An individual’s past experience is a predictive factor of the probability that they will be involved in a claim in the future.

    • Drivers who had accidents for which they were responsible in previous years have a higher claims frequency in the current year and thus pay higher premiums.
    • In 2022, drivers who had three accidents for which they were responsible in 2019-2021 had a claims frequency of 16.90%. In contrast, drivers who had no “responsible accidents” during the same period had a claims frequency of only 9.70%.
